The furnace consists of a silica tube attached to a pumping system and a system for the introduction and recovery of gases enriched in stable isotopes. We also have stocks ofCO, CO2, O2, NO, NH3 et H2O highly enriched en 2H,13C, 17O, 18O, 15N The furnace allows annealing under vacuum (10-5 mbar base vacuum) or under these gases up to 1200°C and typically at static pressures up to 200 mbar. It is also possible to anneal under gases with stable isotopic composition at static pressure up to 1 atmosphere, or under flux at 1 atmosphere.
