 k Kim - University of Seoul\n\nAbstract\nAmbipolar phototransistors based 
 on organic semiconductors offer a promising platform for next-generation N
 IR/SWIR sensing owing to their tunable optoelectronic properties and versa
 tile device architectures.\nIn this seminar\, I will present our recent wo
 rk on organic and quantum-dot hybrid phototransistors\, focusing on ambipo
 lar charge transport\, broadband photoresponse\, and spectral-selective de
 tection.\nI will discuss the underlying device physics and strategies for 
 enhancing sensitivity and functionality across the NIR/SWIR range. Finally
 \, I will highlight emerging opportunities for multispectral sensing and i
 ntegrated optoelectronic applications enabled by ambipolar phototransistor
  technologies.
