The research of this team is focused on the elaboration of thin film materials and nanomaterials, with the objective of studying the original physical properties/functionalities of such objects, and is articulated around 2 poles:
- Magnetic thin films and nanostructures: growth, anisotropies, dynamic aspects and applications ;
- Low dimensional semiconductor heterostructures: growth and electronic and optoelectronic properties.
